We are excited to announce that Dixon Hughes Goodman (DHG) and BKD have agreed to merge effective June 1, 2022 to create a new, top-10 national professional services firm. DHG and BKD have a strong, long-standing relationship built through mutual respect and closely aligned with a similar mission, culture, and values. As a new firm, we will have more than 5,400 team members in 68 markets across 27 states, as well in the United Kingdom and in the Cayman Islands.

We are working on a new name and brand identity for our new firm, which we expect to roll out later this spring.
