Working as part of our Risk Advisory team, you will gain significant experience in handling risk related matters such as finance technology, internal audit, IT regulatory compliance and more. DHG’s Risk Advisory Services span many industries. Our collaborative service line and industry approach allows us to serve global and national clients in all industries.
•Maintain and achieve high quality in work, client relations and team relations
•Utilize technical knowledge within the expertise level of securities operations (e.g., broker-dealer, trade life cycle, settlement and clearance)
•Actively build upon client relationship efforts to market and cross-sell the various services provided by the firm
•Acquire the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships and loyalty
•Assume the responsibility for staff work and ensure high quality of work is delivered within established deadlines
•Serve in more of a leadership role on client work as technical knowledge and experience grows
•Support any training and mentoring to staff and interns as necessary
•Perform other duties as assigned by the firm’s leadership
•Execute and help lead client engagement activities in all phases of project life cycle from start to endQualifications
•5-7+ years’ experience in relevant roles within the Financial Services sector, focusing within broker dealer, securities operations, settlement and clearance, trade life cycle or front to back processing
•BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required
•Ability to travel at a minimum of 40-50%
•Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Masters Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- 1+ years of professional level project management experience
